Making a Difference in Someone's Life and Community

Lotus Child Foundation

Mr. Barger was moved to help create the Lotus Child Foundation after a number of visits to South Vietnam with the desire to help those less fortunate and those who continue to suffer the effects of the Vietnam War.

Mr. Barger is a compassionate lawyer who seeks to serve the needs of not only the children of Vietnam, but disadvantaged youths throughout the Randolph Metrocom area by serving as Past President of the Randolph Metrocom Rotary Club, a founding board member of the Randolph Metrocom Rotary Foundation, and a board member of the Partners in Education Foundation.

2023 CHARITIES

It's a privilege to travel and follow what my heart desires most. This year, I traveled to Vietnam in search of those affected by war and political catastrophes. War and politics have destroyed the physical infrastructure, weakened economic and political institutions, and caused the apparent loss or deformities of human lives, among other disabilities.

It's my privilege and honor to share what little I harbor and allow me the opportunity to see life from a diverse perspective and to attain the ability to recognize and appreciate life.

I have traveled from Central Vietnam to South Vietnam to provide food, medicines, and financial needs to those living in extreme poverty with disabilities; so they can get access to treatment needed for their unique conditions, which were affected by Agent Orange or simply poverty.
